I won’t lie, I’ve been around the block with a bag more than once. I’ve had liaisons with Givenchy, Balenciaga, Armani, Dior, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs and even Saint Laurent. But this is my first time with a Prada.
Known for the fact that its logo isn’t an obvious design element as those on bags from other luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Prada established itself on its craftsmanship and prestigious appeal – a real draw for me.
First becoming aware of Prada at the age of 10 after a friend returned from a holiday with one of their leather backpacks, I knew from then that I would one day end up with one of their iconic designs.
Filling the gap in my bag collection, I couldn’t resist the Prada tote in Baltic Blue due to its structured shape, striking silver hardware and most of all, it’s subtle branding.
While I’ve had flings with other bags in the past, this time I think its love.
Jacket Asos, shirt Armani, jeans Zara, watch Michael Kors, trainers Nike, tote bag Prada.
