Life is full of games, the childhood like pursuits of winning the race, solving the riddle, or testing our skills against one another have all stayed with us through to adulthood. As someone who doesn’t really like to play games (I much prefer to cut to the chase and get to the end) there are very few trivial pursuits I try to keep in my life. But there is one game I am more than happy to play with, the Loewe Puzzle bag. Hailed by American Vogue as the ‘it bag’ of 2015, the cleverly designed accessory by Jonathan Anderson (of J.W.Anderson) creates volume though precise cutting which determines how it folds like a beautiful piece of origami resulting in multiply ways of carrying it (and more ways to love it). So even though I haven’t completed the puzzle and worked out the best way for me to hold it, I’m actually having fun playing the game even if it doesn’t look like I’m winning… And that’s the point right?
