A Taste Of Reality…

Karl Lagerfeld once described Tyra Banks’ “Top Model” as “trash that’s funny for 5 minutes” but no one from it “will never become the next Gemma Ward.” It’s a well-known fact that fashion has never taken to reality models. Probably because they (being Vogue.com) don’t like being told who they have to include/praise/use which is probably why we have never seen anyone from the show grace the pages of the iconic publication… But it seems to be different for male models. Just take a look at Pietro Boselli, the former mathematics lecturer at University College London who has quickly built up a fanbase for himself after his pictures went viral on social media and lead to him even becoming one of the faces of Emporio Armani. And now the 27 year old takes it even further (albeit naked) with a shoot opposite model Ymre Stiekema for Ladies & Gents N°57 that has him showing off the assets that, well, made him so famous. I can’t help but think Monsieur Lagerfeld would approve!
