They say ‘as one door closes another door opens’… Well surely that applies to this time of year as we close off 2017 and have our hands firmly gripping the handle of 2018 and our heads swimming with thoughts of what the new year will bring us. I find myself closing the chapter of 2017 in a way that I can only describe at boggling. While for most of the world 2017 hasn’t been that pleasant, I can’t really complain, myself and those around me are in good health and when you push aside the things money can buy, what more can you really ask for in life? But I’m happy to see 2017 come to a close because that is yesterday and 2018 can be for everyone a new slate, new chances, and new opportunities – and not to mention all the exciting projects I have lined up or 2018. So I’m thinking 2017 is where we leave behind all the negativity that the year has conjured up (annoyingly credit card bills have to come forward to 2018) and only take positivity forward into the new year. Any trust me, it’s a lot easier to fit through that sound to be newly opened door without any of that negative baggage.

Haha it is unfortunate that the credit card bills have to come forward. I am looking forward to a new year as well! Hope you are having a fantastic holiday season Luke!
